Earlier in May, Disney CEO Bob Iger told investors that Marvel’s live-action shows would now be limited to two per year. And at today’s Disney upfront presentation, Marvel revealed its release windows for its next three shows. First up is Agatha, now officially titled Agatha All Along, which was also the name of viral song from WandaVision. The series was previously called Agatha: Coven of Chaos and Agatha: Darkhold Diaries.
In addition to its new name, Agatha’s Disney+ premiere date was announced as September 18, and it will debut two new episodes. The next Marvel series after Agatha will be Daredevil: Born Again, which reunites the cast of the original Daredevil show that ran for three seasons on Netflix from 2015 to 2018. Disney+ will premiere Daredevil: Born Again in March 2025.
The third and final Marvel series at this year’s upfront was Ironheart, which features Dominique Thorne reprising her role as Riri Williams/Ironheart from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Marvel confirmed that Ironheart will premiere in 2025, but didn’t mention a specific date or month.
Attendees of the presentation were also among the first to see footage from Agatha All Along and Daredevil: Born Again. Neither of those sizzle reels or trailers have been released online yet. But with San Diego Comic-Con just under two months away, that footage will likely go public soon enough.
